• Well-Being plan: Specific individual and Social engagement activities.

• Exercise routine (adapted to the client’s condition) as advised by a Healthcare professional (if required).

• Escalation to emergency contacts / service when necessary.

​

• Cooking & laundry is ONLY for self and the client who requires care.

​

• Cleaning of the environment of the client who requires care (eg: client’s bedroom & washroom ONLY).
